The website www.prima-derm.com is the property of PRIMA-DERM, S. L., with Tax ID B64959133 and tax address at POL IND LES MARINES CARRER CONEIXEMENT 3 08850, GAVA (BARCELONA), which operates commercially under the brand name PRIMA-DERM.

The General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance sales relationship between PRIMA-DERM, S. L. and the user or client, in accordance with current law, and in particular, with Act 7/1998 of 13 April, on General Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014 of 27 March, modifying the revised text of the General Consumers and Users Defense Law, the current applicable law on Personal Data Protection, Law 7/1996 of 15 January, on Retail Commerce Regulations and Act 34/2002 of 11 July, on E-Commerce and Information Society Services.

PRIMA-DERM, S.L. reserves the right to make any changes to the content of its website it considers necessary, without prior notice. Said changes may be made through its website in any manner admitted by law, and are mandatory from the time they are posted on the website until they are amended by other subsequent changes using any valid means. Nevertheless, PRIMA-DERM, S. L. reserves the right to apply a series of Specific Contract Conditions in certain cases that take preference over these General Conditions whenever it considers fit, announcing them in the opportune form and at the opportune time. The subject matter of the website comprises cosmetics and perfume products.

The duration of the contract will be related to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal. As the user or client, you expressly declare you know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general conditions of contract. You also declare you are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity and power to act to access the websites of PRIMA-DERM, S.L. and contract through the same.

To purchase online, it is an essential condition that you register as a website user. You may access the respective section in order to register on the website. In accordance with the terms of the applicable current law Personal Data Protection laws, PRIMA-DERM, S. L. informs users that the personal data obtained during the registration and subsequent purchase process will be entered in a processing system for which it is responsible, in order to process said actions by the user and manage all subsequent actions arising therefrom.

In addition, PRIMA-DERM, S. L. informs you that you may exercise your rights of access, correction, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and objection to the processing of your personal data by writing to POL IND LES MARINES CARRER CONEIXEMENT 3 08850, GAVA (BARCELONA) or sending an e-mail to info@prima-derm.com.

On receiving the product at the delivery address provided, the client will be provided with an invoice or a copy of the order.

Offer and validity

In the case of a product on offer, the offer price and validity of the offer will always be indicated alongside its essential characteristics.

Pursuant to current law, PRIMA-DERM, S. L. provides information about all the items on sale, as well as their characteristics and prices. Nonetheless, PRIMA-DERM, S. L. reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered on its website, by merely changing the content thereof. In this way, the products offered on the website will at all times be governed by the General Conditions of Contract in force, in each particular case. Likewise, the company has the right to withdraw the offer and access to the above-mentioned products without prior notice and at any time.

Essential characteristics of the products

The products on offer in our online store include a photograph and the essential product characteristics. This information has been provided by the product manufacturer. The color of the product shown in the photograph may be different. It is identified in the product characteristics.


All the products offered on the website have the commercial warranty of their supplier. PRIMA-DERM, S. L. has an after-sales service. During the warranty period, clients may execute the warranty by visiting the PRIMA-DERM, S. L. store, using the after-sales service, by sending an e-mail to info@prima-derm.com or by visiting the retail outlets established by the supplier. In the event of doubt, please call the client telephone number or send an e-mail to info@prima-derm.com.


The prices of all the products are in Euros and do not include Value-Added Tax (VAT).
If any other tax is applicable, it will be indicated. For example the IGIC (Canary Island General Indirect Tax) or IPSI (Tax on Production, Services and Import).

Delivery and shipping costs

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, but if for any reason, it is not possible to meet the delivery date, the client will be duly informed. Thus, they will have the option of being able to continue the purchase process and be informed of the new delivery date, or cancel the order and receive a full refund of the price paid.

Order delivery

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the client during the purchase process. Therefore, PRIMA-DERM, S. L. declines all liability in the event of it being impossible to deliver the product as a consequence of the incorrectness or incompleteness of the information provided. If the order is rejected by the addressee or if the addressee is absent, PRIMA-DERM, S. L. declines all liability and reserves the right to collect 100% of the price of the order from the client.

For deliveries to hospitals, hotels, public institutions and other locations with general public access restrictions, the orders will be delivered to the reception area (or similar). In this case, an attempt will be made to obtain the signature of the receiving person, and the order will be considered to have been delivered. No responsibility will be accepted for circumstances occurring after delivery.

In such cases, please provide as much information as possible, such as the name of the department, the room number, the floor number, the full name of the addressee, etc.

Payment methods and processing of the order

The client may pay the price of their order using any of the following methods. During the purchase process, they may indicate their choice:

Credit card VISA or MASTERCARD
All operations involving the transfer of personal or bank data are executed in a secure environment, by means of a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. All the information you provide to us is encrypted when it sent through the Internet.

Likewise, your credit card information is entered directly in the bank website, in the bank point of sale terminal, and not entered or recorded in any PRIMA-DERM, S. L. server.

When paying with a Visa card or Mastercard, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, expiry date and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in Italic on the bank of your Visa card or Mastercard, thus providing an additional guarantee of the security of the transaction.
This payment method is only valid over the Internet.

When the amount of a purchase is charged fraudulently or incorrectly using a payment card number, the holder may immediately ask for the charge to be canceled. In that case, the corresponding debit and refund entries will be performed in the accounts of the provider and card holder as soon as possible.

Bank transfer
If you select the bank transfer option, you will receive an e-mail with the bank data of PRIMA-DERM, S. L., along with the confirmation of your order.

It is very important that when you indicate the order number when making the transfer, as well as your name in full, and the transfer must be made no more than 3 days after the order confirmation date so that it can be validated.

If you wish, you may send the transfer slip by e-mail to info@prima-derm.com. But in all cases, the order will not be considered made until our Administrative Department has received confirmation of the transfer from your bank.

Please remember that the payment must be made in EUROS and that you are responsible for paying all exchange fees and bank charges.
In the case of bank transfers sent from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer, you always instruct your bank branch to take charge of any bank charges and fees in the branch of origin. Otherwise, PRIMA-DERM, S. L. may stop the order shipment if it has not received the full amount thereof.

All exchange fees and bank charges must be paid by the client.

This system allows payments to be sent easily and securely over the Internet. The PayPal network is based on using the financial infrastructure existing in bank accounts and credit cards to create a global payment solution in real time. PayPal offers a service specially designed for people who are not satisfied with traditional payment methods.

The availability of the products offered by PRIMA-DERM, S. L. may vary, depending on customer demand. Although PRIMA-DERM, S. L. updates its stock regularly, the product requested by the client may not be in stock at a certain time. If it is not possible to fill the order due to unavailability, as soon as it becomes aware of this situation, PRIMA-DERM, S. L. will inform the client by e-mail. This notification will always be made within 30 days.

PRIMA-DERM, S. L. may offer the dual option of: providing the client with a product with similar characteristics or a higher quality, without increasing the price, or refund the amounts paid for the canceled order within the same period, except if there are justified reasons that can be proven by PRIMA-DERM, S. L.

Right of withdrawal, returning the goods and claims

As set out in Article 103 of Act 3/2014 of 27 March, which modifies the revised text of the General Consumers and Users Defense Act, the supply of services or goods tailored to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may rapidly become damaged or expire is exempt from withdrawal.

Conditions for returning the goods due to withdrawal

The client must return or deliver the product to PRIMA-DERM, S. L. at its address in POL IND LES MARINES CARRER CONEIXEMENT 3 08850, GAVA (BARCELONA), without delay, and in all cases, within a period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the contract withdrawal right was formalized. It will be considered that the term has been met if the client returns the product before the end of the above period.

The client will pay all costs incurred in returning the product. The direct cost of the return will be covered by the customer (6€ per return for the peninsula and 10€ for the Balearic Islands).
No returns will be accepted from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries other than Spain.

In all cases, the returned products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. For this reason, please ensure that the package is duly protected and sealed to prevent problems related to transport. Once received, we will check their condition. As soon as we have checked that the item/s and any components, promotional accessories and documentation are complete and in perfect condition, we will refund the amount paid.

Once the returned purchase has been received in our facilities, reimbursement will be processed within the next 7 working days. Once the condition of the products has been checked, reimbursement will be made using the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order, provided the aforementioned conditions are met. Shipment costs paid during the purchase process will not be refunded.

Price refund

The amounts paid by the client will be refunded using the same payment methods used by the client, unless otherwise stipulated.
The shipment costs at the time of purchase cannot be reimbursed.
PRIMA -DERM, S. L. may withhold the refund until it has received the product, been informed of reason for the withdrawal, or until the client delivers a proof of return document, whichever occurs soonest.

Return of faulty products

If the product is not in good condition and the reasons for this are not attributable to the client, that client is entitled to return the product, informing PRIMA-DERM, S. L. of the reason for the return using any of the methods provided in these conditions of contract, and at no cost to the client. A return due to the defective or poor condition of the product, will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

In the event that the shipped items are damaged, the client must inform the Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to pedidos@prima-derm.com or by calling +34 936 81 16 50.
On contacting our Customer Assistance Service you will need to indicate the order number and keep the shipping box, the packaging materials and the damaged items. Our Customer Service staff will contact the haulage firm to collect and check the damaged package, in addition to replacing the defective items.

PRIMA-DERM, S. L. undertakes to pay the cost of the return and replace the product with a new one, pursuant to the conditions accepted at the time of the sale.

Incorrect order

In the event of an error or irregularity in the products included in the order, please report this no later than 72 hours after receiving the package. Said incident must be reported to our Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to pedidos@prima-derm.com or by calling +34 936 81 16 50. PRIMA-DERM, S. L. also reserves the right to file any civil or criminal action it considers appropriate in the event of the incorrect use of its website and the contents thereof, or the breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the service-provider will be governed by the legislation currently applicable in Spain. In the event of disagreement, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or have recourse to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the applicable regulations concerning jurisdiction and competence.
